The Mighty Mac

 We decided since we were already in Indian River we may as well go a little further north, so Blake could see 'Mighty Mackinaw Bridge' that he has heard about at school.

 After we drove across the bridge and back, just for fun, 

we had a huge lunch at Grandma's favorite diner, Darrow's.

 Then got an up close view of the bridge and of a million little flies...

 We even took in a Memorial Day Parade

And as always Stefan is my water tower spotter - "White booger ball"!

Chillermania

 Blake and Stefan have become hug fans of Johnathon Rands books, The American and Michigan Chillers.

 We decided to take a drive over to Indian River to his store Chillermania!

 We met Johnathon Rand, and he signed all of the boys books!

They were in awe...and a little spooked out!

Johan's and Hatchery

 We had a 'healthy' doughnut breakfast at Johan's Bakery and enjoyed visiting with their parrot George.

 We then headed to the Hatchery!

 For a fishy fun time!

Memorial Weekend

 We headed up north for Memorial Weekend, we had a Bay City stop to play with our friends. Grant and Luke had their first ice-cream cone! One of them liked it more than the other.

 We had another first for the boys, Jesperson's in Petoskey, where they enjoyed homemade chicken noodle soup like their mom did as a kid.

 Again, some G boys had more fun than others!!

Mothers Day

We celebrated Mothers Day in Grand Rapids!

Krispy Kreme, Chuck E Cheese and Cousin F U N ! What more could a mom ask for!

Mothers Day @ Stefan's Preschool

 I was able to spend a very special morning with Stefan and his preschool class

 We decorated cookies, planted flowers, played and had a great time.
